The picture was taken in Bangkok on August 5, 2008 around 6 p.m. by myself. The view was toward the north direction. I cheked back and found that around 5:08 p.m. there was a 5.3 Richter earthquake in Andaman sea. Perhaps that 's a seismic cloud.
