Rally for Buddhism as official Thailand 's religion in the new constitution

This blog is about the current news of over 100,000 Thais 's signing a petition to ask for specification of Buddhism as national religion in the new constitution. This would be well in line with those of several countries that had specified their own preferences.

Why should Buddhism be officially recognized by a new constitution ? In my opinion, it is to guarantee that future politicians, especially the immoral ones and non-Buddhists, can not conveniently use their administrative power to undermine Buddhism further. This thus prompted me to sign up among them.

Buddhism has played key roles in Thai culture and history for over a thousand years. Buddhism has practically been the religion of over 95 % of Thais. At present, there are over 62 million Thai Buddhists residing in the country. As seen from Thai history, Buddhism and monarchy are institutions that have served as pillars of the country for centuries. By tradition and past constitutions, the King must be a Buddhist although he would be obliged to support all major religions. That already showed weak recognition of Buddhism by the former constitutions. However, numerous attempts in the past few decades by non-Buddhists to undermine Buddhism and culture in the Kingdom have been regularly observed by Buddhist scholars and monks, although the cases were not publicized. That led some Buddhist thinkers to realize that, for the future generation of Thais and mankind alike, as well as the survival of the kingdom, Buddhism needs more legal protection.


Now that there is a civil war in Sri Lanka and political unrest in Myanmar, and while people of Laos and Cambodia are still developing their countries, Thailand is the only country of large Buddhist population with advanced practice of Buddhist metaphysics studies and mental meditation (concentration). For over a thousand years, Thai Kingdom in the golden peninsular has been the recuperating home of Buddhism after it was eradicated from India for almost 2 millennia until new Buddhism restarted only in the recent few decades.

The demand of hundreds of thousands of Thai Buddhists to have official recognition in the new constitution may not be successful. I think it 's predictable. As I said earlier, Buddhism has been undermined for decades. Current generations of academicians, government officials, politicians have been more or less brain-washed by non-Buddhist doctrines and they have little appreciation on the beauty of the Buddhist metaphysics (abhidhamma). They do not understand what even Einstein recognized of Buddhism that it is the most scientific religion for the future world.

As Buddhist principle said
"Everything has a start, a temporary existence, and an end.
A situation has its cause, as well as its effect. Because of that cause, this thing thus exists."
It is useless for me to worry too much about the actual outcome of this rally. It 's only a temporary matter anyway. I did what I believed was correct decision and that 's done. This is my forum so I dare to express and explain my "yes". Other people also expressed their opinions in various news elsewhere, agreeable or not, didn't they ?

ผมบังคับตัวเองไม่ให้อ่านเว็บต่างๆนอกเหนือจากที่ต้องใช้ในการทำงานไป ๓ วัน รู้สึกว่าทำงานได้มาก โฟกัสมากกว่าเดิม คงจะทำแบบนี้อีกเป็นช่วงๆ ไม่งั้นจะกลายเป็นคล้ายๆกับวัยรุ่นติดเน็ต

พอวันนี้กลับมาอ่านข่าว ก็เลยเจอว่า แอปเปิ้ลออกประกาศว่า ลีโอเพิร์ด จะเลื่อนกำหนดจากมิถุนายน ไปเป็นตุลาคม
ข่าวนี้ไม่ค่อยน่าประหลาดใจเพราะก็มีสัญญาณจากข่าวต่างๆมากมายก่อนหน้านี้ เนื่องจากเป็นโอเอส ที่มีคุณสมบัติต่างๆก้าวหน้ามากกว่าไทเกอร์รุ่นปัจจุบัน
ผลที่จะกระทบกับผมก็คือ ผมก็จะเลื่อนการอัพเดทโอเอสในเครื่องพาวเวอร์บุ้คของผมไปอีก ๔ เดือนหลังจากลีโอเพอร์ดออกมา นั่นคือขยับไปเป็น กุมภาพันธ์ ปีหน้า เพื่อรอรุ่นที่แก้บั๊กไปอย่างน้อยสองรุ่น (แอปเปิลออกรุ่นย่อยๆอัพเดทเฉลี่ยทุกๆสองเดือนครั้ง)

Web censorship in Thailand

Thai means free, i.e. free people. Paradoxically, there is some ongoing web censorship in Thailand which limits the freedom of (some) Thai to obtain some news and express opinions. That act by Thailand 's bureaucrats has started to annoy a number of educated Thai and they express in newspapers.

While the current temporary government is in officice, new constitution is drafted, political uncertainties still exist, perhaps it is still tolerable for them this year. But I have a feeling that if the censorship still goes on like until after the new constitution is approved then more people will come out more vocally against it. I think banning web access arbitrarily by some idiots without good reasons, and without court order is against our freedom and our 'Thainess'.

จอแอลซีดีกว้าง ขนาด ๒๐ นิ้วของแอปเปิ้ล และคีย์บอร์ด

อยากได้มาหลายปี บวกกับลังเลมาหนึ่งปีกว่า สุดท้ายก็ตัดใจซื้อ จอแอลซีดีกว้าง ขนาด ๒๐ นิ้วของแอปเปิ้ล (Apple 's Mac 20" Cinema display) และคีย์บอร์ด (Thai keyboard) มาใช้เพื่อให้สายตาเครียดลดน้อยลง และหวังว่าจะทำงานได้แยะขึ้น นานขึ้น

ซื้อเอาไว้ใช้ที่บ้าน สองรายการตกเกือบสองหมื่นหกพันบาท ถ้าใช้หลายๆปีก็คุ้มอยู่ ถือสุภาษิตว่าจ่ายแพงก็ได้ของดี (You get what you paid) และอะไรจะสำคัญกับตัวเองเท่าการถนอมสายตาไว้คงไม่มี ในภาพจะเห็นโต๊ะทำงานที่บ้าน และใช้ซีพียูของโน้ตบุ้ค (PowerBook G4 15") ในการทำงาน

ที่ต้องระวังคือเสียบใช้ไฟบ้าน เมืองไทยถ้าหน้าฝนมีพายุก็ต้องระวังคอยถอดปลั๊กออก ไม่งั้นก็ต้องใช้ยูพีเอส

กระแสโปรโมตวัตถุมงคล

ช่วงนี้ชาวบ้านในเมืองไทยกำลังโดนกระแสโปรโมตวัตถุมงคลผ่านสื่อต่างๆ กันอย่างหนัก คนพากันแห่ไปเช่าเหรียญจตุคามฯกันมาราคาแพงแสนแพง เหยียบกันตายก็มี ได้ของจริงมาหรือเปล่าก็ไม่รู้ และวันนี้ก็ได้ฟังมาว่า มีที่กำลังรอคิวปลุกเสกกันอีกทุกวันๆที่วัดพระบรมธาตุนครศรีธรรมราชกันคิวยาวอีกร้อยกว่าคิวไปถึงสี่เดือนข้างหน้า และที่ยังรอวัดอนุมัติิิอีกเกือบร้อยคิว วันหนึ่งๆใครออกไปนอกบ้านไปในกรุงเทพฯเป็นต้องเจอคนห้อยเหรียญจตุคามฯกันนอกเสื้อหลายคน

มองในแง่ความจริงก็คือชาวบ้านยังหลงกับสิ่งภายนอกอีกแยะ ยังไม่เข้าใจหลักธรรมในพระพุทธศาสนาอย่างแท้จริง ทำให้โดนพ่อค้าปั่นราคาขายของพวกนี้ได้

แต่วันนี้ผมก็ได้ทราบข้อดีบ้าง กล่าวคือ วัดต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องก็ได้มีรายได้เอาไปชำระหนี้ก่อสร้างอาคารถาวรวัตถุต่างๆของวัด นอกจากนี้ โรงเรียนวัดอีกมากก็ได้อานิสงฆ์ไปด้วย แม้ว่าสัดส่วนของเงินอาจจะไม่ได้มากนัก แต่ก็มีผลดีอยู่บ้าง

ยุคนี้ การศึกษาต้องแลกกับเงิน สังคมจะเหลืออะไร

ช่วงนี้วุ่นๆเรื่องเด็กเข้าเรียนมัธยม ๑ ก็มีข่าวลือว่า การฝากเด็กนักเรียนให้เข้าได้นั้น โรงเรียนนั้นอย่างน้อยต้องสองแสน โรงเรียนนี้สามแสนอัพ อีกสองสามโรงเรียนต้องคนละห้าแสนเท่านั้น

หากเป็นเรื่องจริง และหากว่าบางแห่งมีการเอาเงินเข้ากระเป๋าบางคน ไม่ได้เข้าโรงเรียนหรือส่วนรวม ก็เป็นเรื่องน่าสมเพชกับปรากฎการณ์นี้ในสังคมไทย มีเรื่องเล่าว่า บางโรงเรียนมีนโยบายหาเงินเข้าโดยเฉพาะ อย่างบางแห่งที่เรียกห้าแสน

เมื่อการศึกษาต้องแลกกับเงินแล้วคุณความดีของครู(ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา) มันจะเหลือให้สังคมไทย (ทั้งผู้ปกครองและเด็ก)มีศรัทธาได้อย่างไร
เราไม่อยากจ่าย แต่บางคนก็พร้อมที่จะจ่าย

แต่โชคยังดีที่ยังมีครูอาจารย์และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอีกเป็นส่วนมากที่ไม่ได้เข้าข่ายที่ว่า

วันก่อนดูทีวีเห็นข่าวว่ากระทรวงศึกษาจะสร้างโรงเรียนเพิ่มอีกห้าแห่งในกรุงเทพฯ ก็ดีครับ แต่ก็ต้องพัฒนาโรงเรียนหลายๆแห่งให้มีมาตราฐานสูงขึ้นตามโรงเรียนแนวหน้าไปด้วยเหมือนกัน

เพิ่งยื่นภาษี

ดูเหมือนว่าปีนี้จะเป็นปีที่สามที่ผมยื่นภาษีเงินได้ทางเว็บ ปรากฎว่าได้เงินคืนมาอีก เป็นเพราะไปซื้อ อาร์เอ็มเอฟไว้แท้ๆเลย ไม่งั้นก็ไม่ได้เงินคืน 10% ของที่ไปซื้อไว้ เป็นอานิสงค์การลงทุนที่เห็นๆ

อัตตา กับ ความทุกข์

เช้านี้รู้สึกเซ็ง เบื่อๆ เมื่อคืนนอนไม่ค่อยหลับ ต้องเข้าสมาธิเมื่อคืนและเมื่อเช้าจึงค่อยยังชั่ว แต่ชั่วคราวหรอก ตอนนี้ก็ยังเบื่อๆ

รู้สึกได้ว่า การมีอัตตามันทำให้เป็นทุกข์ มีได้หลายระดับ เช่น ตั้งแต่เบาๆ แค่รู้สึกเซ็ง หรือ มากขึ้นหน่อยจนรู้สึกเครียดๆ หรือมากขึ้นอีกจนอาจจะหงุดหงิด ฉุนเฉียว จนกระทั้งโกรธหัวฟัดหัวเหวี่ยง เต้นเป็นเจ้าเข้า ก็ได้ พวกนี้มีโทสะเข้าแทรกมาแล้วตั้งแต่ต้นรวมกับโมหะ

การที่มักคิดว่าอะไรที่ไม่ควรจะเกิดไม่น่าจะเกิดกับเรา ก็เป็นเพราะมีอัตตานั่นเอง หลงผิดคิดว่ามีตัวตน ที่เป็นเรา เป็นเขา และคิดว่าเราคิดว่าเราพิเศษกว่าคนอื่น เหตุไม่ดีจะไม่เกิดกับเรา แต่แล้ว มันก็เกิดจนได้

"Thailand 's Board of Investment (BOI) has recently agreed to provide investment incentives for firms to conduct:-
1) Research and Development and production of seeds / plants / animals
2) Research and Development of pharmaceuticals by biotechnology
3) Research and Development and production of diagnotic kits in medicine, agriculture, food, and environment
4) Research and Development and production of microbial cells, plant cells, animla cells in production of biomolecules, bioactive substances.
Modern Biotechnology must be used and they must be endorsed by either NSTDA or TCELS."

เมื่อไม่มีไฟ ก็ ต้มน้ำร้อนหรืออุ่นอาหารโดยเตาไมโครเวฟไม่ได้ (แกสไม่ค่อยได้ใช้ อาจจะหมดไปแล้วก็ได้)
อาบน้ำไม่ได้ เพราะปั้มน้ำไม่ทำงาน เข้าห้องน้ำไม่ได้ เพราะชักโครกไม่มีน้ำ รดน้ำต้นไม้ไม่ได้เพราะน้ำไม่ไหลแรงพอ
อีเมลไม่ได้ เพราะคอมพิวเตอร์ไม่มีไฟ
ร้อนก็เปิดพัดลมหรือแอร์ไม่ได้ มืดๆไม่มีไฟส่องสว่าง
ตู้เย็นก็อุ่นขึ้นๆ

คนเมืองเราเนี่ยสำนวนฝรั่งเขาว่าโดน spoiled ไปแล้ว คนชนบทเขาคงไม่เดือดร้อนเท่านี้

My comments on Bangkok Airports

I have known all along that the "permanent closure" of Don Meuang International Airport was a publicity hoax by former (Thaksin) government. I drive along the Bangkok - Don Meuang Tollway twice daily, about 22 days a month, and saw cargo / VIP / military planes flying, not to mention of evening Tollway traffic halts due to vip 's (140 km/hr) motorcades. Yes the flights during "the closure " was not that frequent as before, yet it 's operational, perhaps at 0.1% activity. Now starting around today is a >30 daliy domestic flights by Nok Air and 1-2-Go.

I think in only about few more years, Thai people would start to realize that we really need 2 airports for the city of angle. Of course, the government also has seen that and the need to link the two airports with a fast train service, perhaps an extension of the Airport Express line under construction. But given the track record of Thai government, that might take another 10 years to materialize. Even the delivery by Siemens of the new Airport Express trains to run to Nong Ngu Hao (Suvarnabhumi) would be around the end of this year, the track itself would not be ready until, I guess, the end of next year.

My second session of acupuncture

My second aniti-snoring acupuncture therapy involved only 5 needles but four connected to electrodes were needles on my hands near the base of the thumbs, and on the sides of my neck. The hand needles were the once which got electrical stimulatation. At first, the signal was quite intense and it was a bit painful such that I told the nurse to tune it down to a more tolerable level. Then, I could still feel the small spasm of my thumbs due to the stimulating current for the next 15 minutes. I 'll continue the therapy next week. Eight more times to go.

ผมเพ่ิงติดตั้ง sshfs (secured shell file system) สำหรับเมานท์ไดเร็คตอรี่จากเครื่องเซอฟเวอร์เป็นโฟลเดอร์ให้ทำงานได้ง่ายๆบนไดเร็คตอรี่หนึ่งบนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ของเรา (กรณีนี้คือ Mac G4 PowerBook)

sshfs เป็นซอฟต์แวร์โอเพ่นซอร์ส ไปได้ dmg มาแล้วก็ติดตั้งบน OS-X
สำหรับคนที่ใช้ยูนิกส์หรือลินุกส์ ก็เคยเห็นว่ามีของรุ่นอื่นๆด้วยเช่นของ Linux / Unix

เมื่อติดตั้งเสร็จบนโน้ตบุ้คเราก็ต้องรีบู้ทเครื่อง
จากนั้นเปิดเทอร์มินัล แล้ว cd เข้าไปในซับไดเร็คตอรี่ที่ติดตั้งโปรแกรมไว้
กรณีนี้คือ
/Applications/sshfs/bin

เมื่อย้ายเข้าไปใน bin ไดเร็กตอรี่ แล้วก็เรียกคำสั่ง
./mount_sshfs username@servername /mountdirectoryname

ไฟนเดอร์ในแม็คก็จะแสดงไอคอนจุดที่เมานท์ให้บนด้านข้างวินโดวต่างๆให้ เพื่อคลิกเข้าไปใช้ได้เลย จะลากเมาส์ก็ได้ พื้นที่ในเซอฟเวอร์ก็จะเป็นเสมือนโฟลเดอร์บนเครื่องของเรา ง่ายต่อการใช้ขึ้น (แต่เราก็ใช้ ssh กับ scp มาเสียชินแล้วละ)

เมื่อจะ unmount ก็ใช้คำสั่ง

umount /mountdirectoryname

บริจาคเลือด ให้ทานด้วยเลือดของเรา (2)

วันนี้ไปบริจาคเลือดที่ศูนย์บริการโลหิต สภากาชาดไทย เป็นครั้งที่สอง ครบกำหนดสามเดือนหลังจากครั้งก่อน พอดีมีธุระนอกออฟฟิส ก็เลยได้โอกาสแวะไปตอนบ่ายสาม วันนี้คนแยะพอควร ต้องต่อคิว ๓๐ คน รอคิวกว่า ๔๕ นาที แต่ก็ไม่ช้าอะไร จับลมหายใจไปเรื่อยๆ
นึกๆดู คนไทยที่ใจบุญมีแยะมาก เขาไม่เพียงเสียสละเวลากันหลายชั่วโมง จ่ายค่ารถหรือค่าน้ำมันอีกพอสมควร เพื่อเดินทางมาให้เลือด ทำบุญช่วยชีวิตคนที่เขาไม่รู้จัก ถ้าปีหนึ่งบริจาคเลือดได้เต็มที่เลยสี่ครั้ง เขาอาจจะช่วยชีวิตคนได้สี่คน ผมเพิ่งมาได้คิดตอนอาจารย์ผมที่สหรัฐแกบอกว่าผมน่ะมีใจเมตตา และจะช่วยชีวิตคนได้ ก่อนหน้านั้นผมไม่คิดถีงว่าจะช่วยชีวิตใคร แต่นึกๆดู คนที่เจ็บ หรือป่วยจนต้องการเลือดนั้น ถ้าไม่ได้เลือดก็ตายแน่ๆ

ในส่วนตัวผมเอง นอกจากจะช่วยผู้อื่น และบุญอุทิศให้เจ้ากรรมนายเวร ตามความเชื่อของพุทธศาสนิกชน ทำให้เกิดความสบายใจ มีปิติแล้ว ยังรู้สึกว่า เป็นการรักษาสุขภาพตัวเองด้วย ตัวเบาขึ้นหน่อย คิดเอาว่าโรคความดันสูงจะได้ไม่ถามหาง่ายหน่อย อย่างน้อยก็ไปเลือดดีๆออกไปจากตัวปีละสี่ครั้ง

เป็นความตั้งใจว่าจะทำบุญด้วยเลือดตัวเองนี้เป็นประจำไปเรื่อยๆอีกหลายปี จนกว่าสุขภาพจะไม่อำนวย หรือ สถานการณ์เปลี่ยนไป หรือวัยถึงเกณฑ์ที่เขาไม่เอาแล้ว

ยีนส์ กับ ทรานสคริปต์ และ โปรตีน

วันนี้ไปฟังสัมมนาเรื่อง parvoviruses มาวันนี้ โดย Dr. Max Bergoin (Univ. Montpellier, France) และ Dr. Peter Tijssen (Univ. Quebec, Canada)

น่าสนใจว่าพวกนี้เป็นไวรัสขนาดเล็กมาก ขนาด genome 4-6 kb เอง แต่เปลี่ยนโฮสต์ได้เก่งมาก
มีการจัดไว้สอง subfamilies และมี ยีนัส หรือ genera อยู่ 5 + 4 genera
ถ้าดูจากรหัสจีโนทและทรานสคริปต์ ส่วนมากมีแค่ ๒ ยีนส์เอง คือ NS (non-structural) และ VP (viral coat protein) ปลายสองข้าง ของ ssDNA เป็น hair-pin structure

น่าสนใจว่า จากการเปรียบเทียบศึกษาในไวรัสหลายสิบตัว ทำให้ได้ข้อสรุปว่า
๑ แต่ละยีนสามารถใช้หลายโปรโมเตอร์ได้ เพื่อสร้าง ทรานสคริปต์ หลายตัวที่เริ่มจากคนละจุดกัน ดังนั้นบางทรานสคริปต์หัวจะแหว่งไปทาง 5'
บางยีนมี ORF เล็กจิ๋วอยู่ข้างในอีก
๒ มีการใช้ leaky scanning สำหรับ translation initiation points (ATG)
๓ มีการใช้ alternative splicing ด้วย

ทำให้มีการสร้างทรานสคริปต์ หลายตัว และ โปรตีนหลายตัว

เป็นอุทาหรณ์ว่า หนี่ง ORF สามารถมีหลายๆ transcripts & proteins

ความจริงผมก็รู้จักสีลัพตปรามาสอยู่ และจำได้ดีว่ายังเคยนึกว่าคนอื่นๆในใจ เพิ่งมารู้ว่ากิเลสตัวนี้มันแอบเข้ามาสิงในใจแล้ว มาเมื่อไรก็ไม่รู้เลย

วันนี้ผมก็ยังคงใช้บัตรนิสิตมหาจุฬาฯไปลดราคา อันนี้คงจะเป็นด้วยกำลังของ มัจฉริยะ เจตสิก ไม่ใช่อยากจะลองบัตรอีกแล้วละ

ลองพิจารณาสิ่งเหล่านี้ ที่เก็บประเด็นมาจากการอ่านข่าวไอทีบนเน็ตในรอบปีที่ผ่านมา

บริษัทไมโครซอฟต์ใช้เวลาพัฒนาโอเอสตัวใหม่นานมาก หลังจากนั้น 5 ปี ก็ตัดคุณลักษณะที่วางแผนไว้เดิมเพียบ เหลือไว้ที่ทำให้ดูหรูหรานิดหน่อย แล้วก็วางขายในชื่อ วินโดวส์วิสต้า แต่นักวิจารณ์บนอินเทอร์เน็ตต่างก็ให้ความเห็นในเชิงลบ และยอดขายต่ำมาก ถ้าหากว่าไม่ได้ยอดที่มาจากการบังคับขายพ่วงไปกับคอมพิวเตอร์ใหม่ในสหรัฐ ยอดคงจะยิ่งต่ำกว่านี้ และส่วนมากคนที่ซื้อเครื่องใหม่ที่ลงวิสต้าไปก็ต้องไปลงระบบใหม่เป็นรุ่น เอ็กซ์พี แทน ในขณะที่รุ่นเก่าๆมีปัญหาเรื่องความปลอดภัย ทั้งไวรัส และ สแปม และระบบไม่เสถียรนัก อาจจะต้องรีบู้ทใหม่ค่อนข้างบ่อย นอกจากนี้ยังมีระบบเช็คการระเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ออนไลน์ด้วย หากผู้ใดมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงฮาร์ดแวร์ ก็อาจจะโดนระบุว่าใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ผิดกฎหมาย และระบบโดนปิดฟังก์ชันบางอย่าง

Clearing up political messes: it 's still a mess

This is my frank and neutral personal opinion, after reading several Thai news recently.

Closure of Shin Corp. 's subsidirary iTV station in Bangkok has created big international news. In local news, the situation has created some emotional news for we saw weeping iTV crews afraid to lose their good salary and job in the near future. Some Thais sympathize with them while some don't. (I do not have any feeling.) Staff of iTV had been regularly accused of supporting the previous Thai government, and continuing the support even after the coup, against the public opinion of most Bangkokians.

Wait till the foreigners in the public hear news about ThaiAirAsia that it might have already (and automatically) lost its flight license, and so does Shin Satellites on Thai government 's satellite license, unless the current Thai government intend to drag its feet a bit for fear that foreign investors would feel panic. Althought the reason on iTV 's closure was different (the management did not pay up the license fee), but it would be to the same effect if a law suit would reach the court and that it finally declares that Shin corp. had lost its Thai national status. I guess that may happen in the next few moths.

Oh, oh. How come I forgot to mention AIS, a mobile phone operator I used to subscribe to. One good thing I can only say about this company is that it knows how to hire good looking ladies to work at their cashier counters.

My first acupuncture experience

I am allergic to weather and dust (and perhaps smog in the Bangkok city), and had difficulty breathing by the nose at night, so the body automatically open the mouth and thus I usually snore. For some time, I heard acupuncture would cure it. This morning, I just had a chance to try it, in order to cure my snoring symptom.

I went to Mahidol University 's Tropical Medicine Hospital, Rajwithee Road near Victory Monument via SkyTrain. There were a few patients there waiting for available beds to have their acupuncture sessions and thus I had to wait for about 2 hrs before I saw the doctor. He did not speak much and after asking me few questions and knew my purpose he told me to lie down in bed and he quickly and gently pierced 11 (3 inches) needles into my face, throat, and hands. It was quite painless. I then had to lie still in bed for 30 minutes alone while the doctor went to see other patients. A moment later I could feel some mucous flowing in my throat. After 30 minutes, a nurse came back to me to remove the needles. The doctor said I should start feeling better today and in order to cure it I 'd need to have 10 sessions, once a week. This acupuncture clinic open only on Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings so I had booked for my next visit in advance. I am anxious to see what happens to my body next morning

I felt better the next morning, and today is the 2nd morning. I will continue to the have the full course for sure. Yeh !
