Is disinformation in advertisement legal in Thailand ?

Recently, I found advertisement of a big Chinese manufacturer of PC in Thailand's English language newspapers, the Bangkok Post, on several occasions. The same advertisement claimed that their computers are of such a good quality and they guarantee no virus can infect them. I found the wording disturbing.
I do not agree with the advertisement. I would call that a public propaganda or disinformation, a falsification, and directly aimed to mislead customers. I strongly believe that PC 's security depends mainly on operating system software. I suppose that disinformed advertisement could be illegal in other countries, but perhaps no one care much about it in Thailand.
