ODF not official standard for Thailand yet ?

From the news link above, Japan, and then Malaysia become the only 2 countries in Asia so far which have embraced Open Document Format (ODF). Good for them.

What about Thailand ?
Some public agencies have started to promote OpenOffice as alternative software suite over "the" commercial one. But I 'm not sure how successful is that campaign. (I had used OpenOffice on Windows and have used NeoOffice (developed from OpenOffice) for the Mac platform for years, but I am a rare exceptional case) Current IT minister for Thailand is a hardware guy and I 'm not sure where his interest is now, perhaps it 's on the (6 billion Baht ?) satellite the Thai government is going to launch in the next few months instead ?
