There has never been a news that I came across concerning position of Thailand on the OOXML submission as standard. Many countries have decided a "No" already. See link above.
I 'm just curious about my country 's position, since a quiet on any issues in the past were historically often linked with behind the scence decisions, often with politicians' influence.
