Slipped-through advertisement via Thai local cables, UBC

I just noticed only recently and wondered why there were international advertisements which slipped thru between programs in western TV channels. Now I understand why. I think it is O.K. to let they go through. Previously, there were Thai boring information pages inserted. Foreign ads are not as boring as those.
