I just found two news from the web: one is that eating water melon is good. Another is an already known fact that drinking red grape (or red wine, that is) is also good.
Water melon has citrulline which will be converted by our body into Arginine which helps improve heart 's health and immune system. Red grape has resveratrol, which is an antioxidant and help reducing the number of fat cells, i.e. help keep your waist line.
So I 'll keep the note here to remind myself what do eat and drink from now on.
