I just went to the National books' week fair at QSNCC. Bought only one book for myself, the Thai translated version of Don Quijote, 830 Baht.
Claimed to be the must-read if you would read a single book in one 's life: which I did not quite agree. I 'd rather vote for the Tripitaka. Of course, that would be multi-volume tomes. Depending on the publisher, the Buddhism Compilation of Buddha's teaching in Thai texts could be 45- or 70 plus volumes.
